When you value and evaluate yourself based on how pretty or handsome you are or how fit and muscular you are you turn yourself into a product, an object, a selling item like a blouse hunging dry
on a curtain in a nike store. And like any other product you are meant to be used, abused and after a few years disregarded and thrown in the gurbage because you have no tv or advertising and marketing value
anymore (julia alexandratou, michael jackson). Until the next generation of brain dead sleep-walking consumers come along and we move from madonna to lady gaga.

In my lifetime i have noticed people who have weak minds try to achieve muscular bodies,
and people who have strong minds they don't want to bother.
the reality is weak minds should read and weak bodies should work out.

foutballerrs with intellect and great technique are usually slow and thin,
but stupid ones are fast and strong.
